What counts as net spend?
What they paid for closed orders, minus anything refunded to them. Sandbox orders never count.
When and how are commissions paid?
Once a day. The day’s commissions are added to your Orbismm balance in one ledger entry, and you can use them for any order.
Can I withdraw commissions as cash?
No. Commissions are credited to your balance, like refunds, and are used for orders.
