Refund policy
Refunds on Orbismm are automatic wherever the system can see that something wasn’t delivered. They are credited to your balance with a ledger entry that says why.

1. Refunded automatically
Cancelled before start: the full amount.
Partial: when an order stops before its full quantity, the undelivered part.
Cancelled after start: on cancellable services, the undelivered part once the supplier confirms it stopped.
2. Orders we can’t deliver
If no supplier line can start an order, our team refunds it in full or the rest of it, and tells you in the order’s timeline.
3. Covered by refill, not refund
If a delivered count drops within the service’s refill window, we refill it for free. See the refill and cancel policy.
4. Not refunded
Drops after the refill window has ended, or on services without refill.
Orders delivered to the link you gave, if the link was wrong.
Orders that fail because the profile or post was made private or removed during delivery, for the part already delivered.
5. Where refunds go
Refunds go to your Orbismm balance, where you can use them for any order. Balance top-ups are made in cryptocurrency and are not paid back to a wallet.
6. Payments that don’t match
If you pay more or less than an invoice, we credit the dollar value of what arrived, as calculated by Cryptomus, up to twice the invoice amount. For anything unusual, write to support.
