Methodology
How we measure every number on this page.
Median start
Half of all orders began delivering sooner than this. We count from the moment the order is paid to the first unit that shows on the account.
Speed per 1K
Median time to deliver 1,000 units once delivery has started. Larger orders scale roughly in proportion.
Refill honoured
Share of refill requests that brought the count back. Shown once a service has five refill requests.
Measuring
A new or changed service shows this until 30 orders have started and give us a median we trust.
