How do volume tiers work?
Your tier follows your spend over the last 30 days and is recalculated every day. Reach 500 USD for Pro or 2,500 USD for Business and the lower prices apply to your next order automatically. A discount never takes a price below what the service costs us.
Can prices change?
Yes, when supplier costs change. A price rise is announced at least 48 hours ahead in your panel, in Updates and to your webhook (service.changed). A price cut applies at once.
Are there fees on top-ups?
Orbismm adds none. Crypto top-ups go through Cryptomus: you send exactly the amount you choose, the Cryptomus processing fee is deducted from it, and the rest lands on your balance. No odd checkout amounts to remember.
