Terms of service

1. Who can use Orbismm

You must be at least 18, or of legal age where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Orbismm for a company or a client, you confirm that you may accept these terms on their behalf.

Orbismm is a service for resellers, agencies, creators and businesses. Accounts are opened by anyone who meets these conditions, and every account can order in the panel and use the API from day one.

2. Your account

You need an account to order. Give a real name and an email address you can read, keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor authentication if you can.

You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys. If you think someone else has access, change your password and rotate your keys, then tell support.

3. What we sell

Orbismm sells social media marketing services, such as followers, likes and views, delivered by supplier networks we select and monitor. We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat or any other platform.

Platforms change their systems and can remove accounts or engagement they flag. We can’t control that, so results after delivery are not guaranteed beyond each service’s refill window.

Start times and speeds shown on our website are medians measured on past orders. They describe what usually happens, not a promise for a single order.

4. Placing orders

Check the link, the service and the quantity before you order. The link must point to the right profile, post or video, and it must stay public while the order runs.

Don’t run two orders for the same service on the same link at once; we queue the second one so the counts don’t mix. An order delivered to the link you gave is delivered, even if the link was wrong.

5. Prices

Prices are in US dollars per 1,000 units. The price of an order is fixed when you place it.

Price cuts apply at once. Price increases are announced at least 48 hours ahead in the panel and by webhook. Tier discounts follow your spend over the last 30 days, as shown on the pricing page.

6. Balance and payments

You pay for orders from your balance. You top up your balance in cryptocurrency through Cryptomus; you send exactly the amount you choose and the Cryptomus processing fee is deducted from it before it is credited.

Your balance is for orders on Orbismm. It can’t be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or moved to another account. Refunds and affiliate commissions are credited to your balance.

7. Refill, cancel and refunds

Refill and cancel work as shown on each service and as described in our refill and cancel policy. How refunds work is set out in the refund policy.

8. The API

API keys are secret. Keep them on your server, never in a browser or app your customers can read. We may limit the rate of requests to keep the service fast for everyone.

Sandbox keys use play money and never create real orders.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may refuse or cancel orders that break it, and suspend accounts that keep breaking it.

10. Delivery and availability

We work to deliver every order as described on its service page. Delivery depends on third parties, including social platforms and supplier networks, so start times and speeds are estimates based on measured history rather than promises, and a count can change after delivery.

We may pause, replace or remove a service, or take the panel down briefly for maintenance. Orders already placed are completed, rerouted or refunded under the refund policy.

11. Your content and our brand

You are responsible for the accounts, links and content you order for and confirm you have the right to promote them. We do not claim any rights over them.

The Orbismm name, logo, website, panel and documentation belong to us. You may use the API and the panel to run your business, but you may not copy or resell them as your own product.

12. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong with an order or a payment, open a ticket from the order or write to support first. Most issues are settled there, and every ticket is read by a person.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that applies to you.

13. Suspension and closing

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers at risk or is used for fraud. If we close an account for another reason, we will tell you and let you use your balance first.

You can stop using Orbismm at any time.

14. Our responsibility

We run Orbismm with care and fix what goes wrong on our side. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or platform decisions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the orders concerned.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as outages at payment networks, hosting or social platforms, changes to platform rules, or acts of public authorities. In those cases we will tell you what happened and refund what could not be delivered.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects you materially, we will announce it in the panel before it applies.
