Main provider

A main provider is the panel or supplier that actually delivers an order. In practice there is no single main provider: most panels buy from several suppliers, and many suppliers buy from each other.

How it works

When a panel says it is “the main provider”, it usually means it delivers some services itself or buys directly from a network that does. The same service can pass through two or three panels before it reaches the platform, with a margin at each step.

What matters for a reseller is not the label but whether the provider has more than one line for each service, so an order doesn’t stall when one supplier slows down.

On Orbismm

Every Orbismm service runs on a primary supplier line with tested backups behind it. Orders that don’t start in time are moved to a backup line automatically.
